In the app, open the library and tap Feedback. It makes a file with what the app did and any crashes (no video). Share it with us by email along with a short description.
Common questions
- How should I film?
- From the beach or shore, holding the camera as steady as you can, with the rider and kite in frame. Any phone or GoPro works. Shorter clips around a jump analyze fastest.
- How long does analysis take?
- Usually one to three minutes for a short clip on a recent iPhone. Once a clip is analyzed, reopening it is instant.
- A jump height looks wrong.
- Check the kite size and line length you entered when the clip was first opened; they set the scale. If it still looks off, send us a feedback file (below).
- The 3D view has no terrain or trees.
- The app downloads public map data for the spot where you filmed, so it needs a connection the first time, and the clip needs a location (from the camera or entered by you).
